Contact with universities and education institutes is an important channel in the search for young applicants. Prysmian has consolidated working relationships with important universities such as the Politecnico of Milan, the Politecnico of Turin, the Bocconi University in Milan and the Federico II University in Naples. It is also attends the main national and international events organised to bring students and new graduates into contact with the main companies.

Placements
For students and new graduates, a placement is one of the most effective channels of entry into Prysmian. It is, in fact, a great opportunity in that it offers real work experience. Challenging programs of activities are planned in different areas of the company, encouraging the students and new graduates to show their capabilities and apply what they have learnt in their studies.
